That's the one address for everything — orders, shipping, returns, guarantee claims, wholesale, press, and "I have a question about the label."

We reply within 1 business day, Monday through Friday. Weekends and US federal holidays roll over to the next business day. If it's been longer than that, check your spam folder — then email us again and we'll dig it out.

What to include

Help us help you faster:

  • Your order number (it's in your confirmation email, and starts with #)
  • The email address you used at checkout
  • A photo, if it's about damage or a wrong item

Common questions, sorted

  • Where's my order? Check your shipping confirmation for tracking. Still stuck? See our shipping policy, then email us.
  • I want a refund. Read the refund policy, then email us with the subject "90-Day Guarantee."
  • It arrived damaged. Email us within 7 days with photos. We'll replace or refund it.
  • Cancel my subscription. Use the manage subscription link in any subscription email — or just email us.
  • Change my address. Email us immediately — we can only catch it before it ships.
  • Privacy request. Email us with the subject "Privacy Request." See our privacy policy.

About social media

But please don't send order issues through DMs or comments. Social platforms aren't a support channel — messages get filtered, buried, or lost, and we can't look up your order or handle anything involving your personal information there. Anything about an order, a refund, or your account needs to go to support@inyourera.com so we have it on record and can actually solve it.

Also: we will never DM you first asking for payment details, passwords, or a link to "claim a prize." If an account claiming to be Era does that, it's not us. Report it and let us know.
